The association’s highest decision-making power of the association is held by the General Meeting, which convenes biannually (in spring and autumn). The General Meeting elects board members and discusses other statutory and current matters.
Administrative and executive matters are dealt with by the association’s Board. All SKTL board members are translators or interpreters. The Board consists of a Chair and eight members, with one member serving as Vice Chair. Each member is elected for a two-year term.
Everyday matters at SKTL are handled by the Secretariat, which consists of the Executive Director, the Communications Specialist and the Organisational Affairs Specialist.
